How was the lacrosse year 2019?

The end of the year is ideal to slow down and look back on the past year, which was again very successful for the lacrosse club Tricksters Bratislava.

At the beginning of the year, our boys traditionally presented themselves at the lacrosse tournament in Budapest, where they did not get lost in strong competition and finished third among ten participants.

In March, the second Danube Lacrosse League kicked off, and the Tricksters entered tough matches against teams from Austria, Hungary and Slovenia. Finally, our boys dominated the DLL when they were better than last year's trophy defenders from Vienna. For the first time, the Tricksters enjoyed winning the DLL.

In May, the lacrosse club Tricksters booked another victory at the tournament in Vienna, and at this tournament the third victory booked the history of the tournament.

A week before the final of the DLL, another tournament experience followed, for our boys, the very first trip to a tournament in Barcelona, Spain, where in a well-occupied tournament, the Tricksters eventually succumbed only to the American selection.

September Tricksters kicked off at a promo event in Bratislava Decathlon where they presented lacrosse among the youth.

A week later, our boys ran to nearby Ostrava, where they premiered at the Pitbulls Cup, where our boys won for the first time.

Our boys finished the 2019 season at the lacrosse tournament in Vienna, which was played with the Olympic rules, 6 on 6. Even this time our boys managed to beat all rivals and took the winning trophy in addition to valuable experience.

Total balance of 2019:
