AT THE LACROSSE CAMP
Slovak national team, who are preparing for the European lacrosse championships held in Amsterdam, used nice weather and moved their training camp to Banska Bystrica.
Banska Bystrica, gave to our guys a lot of opportunities for training runs and in addition, over the hills in deep snow, guys enjoy a workout with a lacrosse sticks and video analysis.
After Friday's meeting before Tricksters lacrosse club field drive to Banska Bystrica. After two hours, players have to break rooms and raided on Friday night. After a good dinner followed well-earned rest, before the first morning run to mountains.
Saturday's program was quite simple. Got up about 8:00, 9:30 already raided and run to the ice frozen hills was really enough to the edge. Nothing has happened and guys after three and a half hour run, came back into the cottage, followed lunch and a short gym during clearing snow from the field. Then followed technical part, what was throwing an catching. Before dinner even video from the last World Cup in comparison with the NCAA.
We waited for the morning run to the mountains again, this time to hill called Suchy vrch. The Tricksters did this goal and after lunch finished lacrosse camp in Banska Bystrica.
Four hard months of training program before us. This will Tricksters guys prepare for a good representation of Slovak Republic in the Netherlands.
