During the weekend, the third round of the Czech Lacrosse League was held in which our boys competed. Saturday's trip to Prague was marked by a 30-minute delay due to shutdown on the motorway in front of Prague. The boys arrived at the first match 10 minutes before their start.
The opponent compared to last week's strength measurement has pulled a stronger set with experienced players. However, our fighters did not jump, and especially in the first half of the game they were a balanced rival.
The score was opened at home, but it was settled in a few minutes thanks to Kramar. South City, however, re-entered the lead to 2: 1, with whom he did not want to focus mainly agile Kramár and again equalized to 2: 2. In this situation, the teams had a chance to increase the lead but the scoring was done only 20 seconds before the end of the first half.
From that moment on, the South Africans and the Tricksteri were threatened primarily by swift counterattacks. Moravčík and Hubáček fought greatly and played tirelessly to defeat the attack as Matej Toth.
The whole team gave excellent performance, but the individual mistakes and the strength of the opponent made us a better result.
On Sunday, our boys started to play against the Polish master Kosynierzy Wroclaw. Tricksters started nervously and the rival used it to shoot three goals. Only in the second quarter he managed to score even Tricksterom thanks to Kramar. The same player also lowered to 2: 3 but then only scored goals. Our players did not manage to overcome their opponent's goal and with increasing time nervousness increased, which resulted in several penal minutes on the side of the Bratislava club.
The opponent was able to score a few goals that shook the psyche of our boys. The final score was further adjusted by Frost and Kramar again. The match, however, Tricksteri lost 4:11 and after six matches have a balance of 1–5.
The closest is waiting for our boys to fight against Vienna and then the October NFLL in Vienna against Kosynierza Wroclaw and the domestic round in Bratislava against Brno and Radotin.
