Tricksters Lacrosse conquered the international tournament in Vienna fourth place

Slovak representative in the international lacrosse tournament Austrian Open, placed on the fourth place when recorded two wins and three losses.

In the opening day Bratislava played against Zurich, Switzerland with whom won 9:6. It was not an easy match, but Tricksters have built a promising lead that rivals manage to improve until the end of the match. In the second match of the day boarded our boys against selection of Austria. All expecting a close game, after all of that was clear victory for our colors 9:3.

On Saturday, Slovaks expected fight for the first place in the group against US team the Global players. Although our boys made much chance of success, they managed to keep up the opponent throughout the match. Even Tricksters often cornered opponent so that he did not know where his head is. But the result was harsh for orange, when they lost by only a goal, 6:5. So to the semi-finals went Slovaks from second places and came upon national team of Austria, the home team Monarchs. With this team Tricksters recently lucky enough to have played more matches. Although Tricksters resorted to the bottom of the rival forces and mischief. This time, however, burned in defense and finishing well is not their strong point too. Home team won for two goals 6:4.

Sunday was marked by a match against a selection of Germany and thus the match for third place. Slovaks managed to engage the opponent and lead 2:0, but subsequently turned the match to 2:3 and this one goal lead until the end of the match, the Germans who finally won 7:6.
