Lacrosse practices in the winter?
Many lacrosse players during winter in Slovakia devoted to other things than the typical lacrosse trainings. Many play ice hockey, while others are dedicated to INDOOR lacrosse, another do not improve their skills at all.
Opportunities how to improve skills in this part of year and help to team in the main part of the season are more. Of course, in addition to the gym and fitness training, it is recommended to go to the wall, play other sports, or extend the season by a few months and playing box lacrosse. Anyhow, good fitness training in the winter is very important in the future, and especially those that prevent potential injury to a player, that in any contact sport may come. The most common injuries associated with contact sports are knee sprains, shoulder pain, ankle sprains, and various minor musculoskeletal injuries.
If a player wants to be good for every lacrosse team, he must love lacrosse and establish a relationship with it. It must also be accountable to each other and to the teammates who play with him. This is also the reason, why not to sit at home and do something for you, because lacrosse season is long, and in order to be successful need to be properly prepared.
