New Trickster, Ben Leeney

Tricksters Lacrosse Team find new player Ben Leeney, who came to Slovakia from USA where he played lacrosse on high school. Ben will stay with team until the July, so he can halp us in NFLL and on tournaments in Europe.

We asked Ben some questions about him.

Tricksters: Where are you from? Ben: Chicago, Illinois, USA

Tricksters: How old are you, date of birth? Ben: 22 years old

Tricksters: How many years do you play lacrosse? Ben: 4 years

Tricksters: Why did you come to Slovakia? Ben: I wanted to live abroad and experience a new place. One of my friends lived here for a year and she said it was a great city, so I chose Bratislava.

Tricksters: What are you doing on Slovakia? Ben: Teaching English at a high school and playing lacrosse.

Tricksters: Do you like Slovakia? What do you like? Ben: So far it is great! I love Bratislava and the other parts of Slovakia that I have seen. My favorite place in Slovakia is the High Tatras.

Tricksters: How did you find Tricksters Lacrosse team? Ben: Several of my friends told me that there was a team in the area and they gave me the name of your web page. I also met your goalie at the bus stop one day and asked him if I could join the team for a practice.

Tricksters: What is your position? Ben: Middie

Tricksters: What is your favorite lacrosse team? Ben: Definitely Syracuse

Tricksters: What is your favorite player? Ben: Kenny Nims. But I also like watching the Bratton brothers who play for Virginia, and Kyle Wharton for Duke.

Tricksters: What are your hobbies? Ben: Anything that gets me outside, hiking, camping, any sport at all, running, skiing, and playing guitar.

Tricksters: What is favorite food and drink? Ben: Kofola and Bryndzove halusky. YEAH SLOVAKIA!!!
